Dualit is a British brand known for precision, craft, and products that earn their place on the counter. But their ecommerce experience wasn’t keeping pace with their ambition. As the brand looked to expand globally and shift to Shopify, they needed more than a platform migration. They needed a complete rethink of how their story, and products, came to life online.

We were brought in to reimagine that experience: one that’s easy to manage, easier to shop, and built for growth.

Our priority? Clarity, everywhere.

We restructured the site to make browsing, comparing and buying effortless. Cleaner layouts. Smarter hierarchy. Navigation that gets customers where they want to go — fast.

On product pages, we sharpened the content to support confident decisions and encourage add-ons at the right moment. The visual design gave space for the product to shine, with subtle cues to elevate the brand’s legacy of quality and craft.

The brand’s presence was quietly confident — carried through tone, imagery and structure. Every detail worked to reinforce trust and distinctiveness.
